1. Claiming Free Microsoft 365 & 1TB OneDrive Storage
Every active UTeM student is entitled to install authentic Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) on up to 5 PCs/Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones:
- Visit portal.office.com.
- Log in using your full UTeM student email format:

- Click the "Install apps" button at the top-right corner to download the offline installer.
