                        💡 Collection Tip: Always bring your Student Matric Card (Kad Pelajar) or IC when claiming parcels at Unit Mel.                         Couriers and dispatch riders are not permitted to enter residential hostel gates (Satria/Lestari) or leave parcels at Pos A. All dispatches are redirected by Polis Bantuan directly to Unit Mel.
                    
                


                
                

                    

                        🚨 "Delivered But Not Received?" Quick Action Checklist
                    

                    

                        If your tracking app says "Delivered" but the item isn't in your hands yet, do not panic. Follow these four steps:

                                Allow 2–4 Hours for Unit Mel Sorting: Couriers often bulk-scan all campus packages as "Delivered" when they unload boxes at the Student Centre. Unit Mel staff need time to sort and log them.

                                Check the Proof of Delivery (POD) Photo: Open the courier tracking page or Shopee/Lazada app. Look at the POD signature photo to see which counter or rack your box was placed on.

                                Call the Dispatch Driver Directly: In the tracking status, tap the driver icon to call the assigned delivery courier directly while they are still in the Hang Tuah Jaya / Durian Tunggal area.

                                Visit Unit Mel with Tracking ID: If still missing after 24 hours, visit the Unit Mel counter at the Student Centre with your tracking number and IC to check the master incoming delivery manifest.
